This position serves as program manager to the Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation (DNN) Enabling Capabilities in Technology (TecH) Consortium within the Department of Nuclear Engineering (dnntech.utk.edu). The Consortium manager will ensure the quality implementation and execution of the project, including providing strategic guidance to consortium personnel, overseeing consortium communications, budget management, performance management, and managing relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
