In an educational and research environment, performs general construction, building maintenance and repair, painting, drywall repair and installation. Responsible for providing semi-skilled work in the performance of a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in various trades.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED equivalent; 1 year experience with commercial or institutional building maintenance and repair or closely related work experience , or equivalent years of education. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Education and Experience :
Vocational / Technical Diploma
OSHA 10-Hour Training
