LNA Job Description:
An LNA performs direct services for patients and assists in unit function under the supervision of a Licensed Nurse. Responsibilities include completing assigned duties and being accountable to the Unit Manager and Charge Nurse.
Course Schedule:
The Didactic and Clinical components of the course will be held Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm. After completion, Trainees will transition into their Full-Time roles on their assigned unit, working 3 12-hr shifts and every other weekend rotations.
