Key Responsibilities:
To provide high-quality respiratory care to patients, ensuring accurate implementation of physician orders and adherence to established standards and practices.
- Reduce the work of breathing caused by disease, injury, or trauma (surgical)
- Set up and operate various types of oxygen and respiratory equipment
- Instruct patients in prescribed rehabilitation programs
Requirements:
Prefer a graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program and NY State licensed Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician; Respiratory Therapy Technician.
