Divisions of Hospital Medicine and Geriatric Medicine
Title : Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
Location : Central Vermont Medical Center & Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Responsibilities : The member will split their time between the Hospitalist service at CVMC & Woodridge Nursing Home.
Key responsibilities :
- As a hospitalist : Managing an open ICU, with critical care management, code blues, providing inpatient care as well as consultative care to other hospitalized patients, and participating in the Rapid Response Team.
- As a geriatrician ; Provide high quality care to sub-acute rehab patients and long-term care patients at Woodridge.
- Participating in quality initiatives, as well as divisional and departmental efforts to improve patient safety, quality of care.
