Our skilled nurses provide individualized self-care and parenting assessment, education, and support to maximize each family's physical, social, and emotional strengths.
Our Services
We offer childbirth preparation and lactation support, developmental and play support to optimize child development. Our nurses also provide skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum people with higher risk pregnancies due to medical, psychiatric, and/or substance use disorder diagnoses; children up to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis, including emotional adjustment support to children, their families, and their care providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- Collaborate with community providers, service, and care coordination
- Provide skilled nursing services, including central line experience
- Support on-call rotations, rotating weekends (approximately every 4 weeks) and holidays
Incentives
