Job Description
The LNA-In-Training participant performs under the supervision of Licensed Nurses in direct services for patients and assists in unit function. Responsibilities include completing assigned duties and being accountable to the Unit Manager and Charge Nurse. Functions within Nursing Department and CVMC policies and procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Nursing Department and CVMC.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and a willingness to learn. A High School graduate or equivalent is required, and you must be at least 18 years old.
