We are looking for a customer service representative, who will provide products/services to our customers with accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to provide excellent, friendly customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills/Requirements
- Provide energetic and friendly Customer service
- Strong listening skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
- Operate office equipment: i.e., computers, copiers, scanners, fax, etc.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree (preferred, but not required)
- Must be dependable, punctual, able to work independently
- Also must work well with others
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Pay depends on experience
