Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock management and inventory audits.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding store policies, promotions, and operational changes.
- Analyze retail math metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role with a focus on wireless sales or similar sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to analyze data related to inventory control and retail performance metrics.
