Job Summary
The UPS Store is seeking a responsible and reliable individual for a retail associate position. Duties include accepting drop-offs and returns, originating and processing retail customer shipments, taking payments through our Point of Sale system, securely packing customer's items, restocking, mail services, and so much more. (Please note this is NOT a warehouse position. We are The UPS Store, not UPS.)

The ideal candidate must be able to type accurately, be comfortable with computers, and professionally communicate with coworkers and customers. Must have customer service / sales experience, an engaging personality, and be detail oriented. Must be able to take and follow directions closely, stand for an entire shift, and lift heavy boxes. This is a very busy, hands-on position, with plenty of learning opportunities.
