We are looking for a part time retail Sales Associate. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to process their transactions, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right packaging and mailing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and positive attitude
- Provide assistance and information on UPS product features
- Welcome customers to the store
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Handle returns of merchandise such as Amazon packages
- Build trusted relationship with customers
- Notary (we will pay for your licensing)
- Monthly invoicing for house accounts
- reodering and restocking business supplies
Skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Ideally hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
