Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, building rapport and establishing trust.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Answer customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Provide expert guidance on shipping options, including domestic and international services, ensuring customers choose the most cost-effective and timely solutions.
- Assist with packing and shipping a variety of items, including fragile, oversized, and valuable goods.
- Educate customers on a range of store services, including printing, copying, document finishing, shredding, mailbox rentals, and notary services.
- Sales & Operations:
- Accurately calculate shipping costs and provide clear pricing information to customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed correctly and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are well-maintained.
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and light cleaning duties.
- Witness and certify the authenticity of signatures on legal documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, and loan documents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Managerial Support:
- Assist store management with various operational tasks as needed, including employee training, inventory control, and store administration.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges.
- Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency with shipping software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant computer programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Adobe applications.
- Experience in retail or customer service is required.
- Current notary preferred, but the ability to obtain notary certification is a must.
- Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
