We are seeking a professional individual with outstanding communication skills to join our Customer Service team. This position will require interacting with customers to answer any questions they might have regarding the services we offer, as well as to help determine their needs and understand any concerns they may have. The right candidate will be able to communicate clearly and regularly with the management team, assisting with customer issues and escalating them when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person.
- Determine and resolve customer issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
