Full Time Hours: Candidate will work 3 Week Days and every Saturday and Sunday.
11 am to 6:45 pm weekdays, and 8:45 am to 3:15 pm on Saturday and 11:45 am to 5:15 pm on Sunday.

Join our team as a Retail Customer Service Associate where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.
Retail Customer Service Associate Qualifications
**Responsibilities:**
- Be proactive in conversations and practice good listening skills with our customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a clean background to be a Notary **Required**
- Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Follow UPS Standard Operating Procedures accurately
- Must be organized and detailed oriented.
- Provide service and product knowledge to customers
- Physical Requirements include the ability to stand for 8 hours and able to lift 50 - 75 lbs
- Operates copier, fax machine, binding equipment, laminator, cash registers, answering phone
- Open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of current and new services and industry trends
- Receive sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately
- Operates the Point of Sales(POS), handles financial transactions and the ability to make changes.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong time management abilities
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions
