The UPS Store of Duluth is here to help individuals and small businesses by offering a wide range of products and services. We are a busy shipping center and print shop. We are locally owned / operated and conveniently located near Gwinnett Place Mall.

We are currently looking to bring on Part Time Sales Associate to help in daily operations! Our UPS Store Sales Associates deliver world-class customer service to all retail customers.

Entry level or college students are welcome to apply! Notary licensing may be required. Those with Notary License are encouraged to apply.

· THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE IS AVAILABLE:

• Thursday-Monday (Sat 9:15-3:15, Sun 10:45-4:15, Mon-Wed 1:00-7:15)

UPS Store Sales Associate Requirements:

· Previous experience in retail sales and/or sales background is a plus

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet all day

· Experience using Microsoft Office is preferred

· High school education required

· Computer skills need to be strong

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Reliable transportation

· Bonus - know Adobe Software or have graphics abilities

UPS Store Center Sales Associate Responsibilities:

· Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries

· Continuously practicing good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership

· Taking ownership of the customer's needs and offering viable solutions, learning products and services offered, finding solutions, and following industry regulations

· Learning about UPS and the Postal Service to assist customers with package shipping

· Learning packaging techniques to properly pack and protect customer items in transit

· Working with customers with printing, scanning and copying needs, learning to sell print products

· Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
