Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.

- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system while ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and restocking efforts.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Engage with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience and build lasting relationships.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
