We are looking for a bright, energetic sales person to ensure our customers receive outstanding customer service. Applicants must be able to work scheduled store business hours.
Our Store Hours M-F 8:30AM – 7:00PM & SAT/SUN 8:30AM – 5:00PM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pack and Ship products via various types: UPS and USPS (determine shipping method; select appropriate shipping container; pack items to ensure safe delivery).
- Mail Sorting, and putting away in the appropriate mailboxes.
- Assist customers with design and layout of various print projects.
- Answering phones/messages, emails, helping customers with issues regarding their purchases.
- Handle the store independently, and keep it clean and organized.
- Knowledge of POS system.
REQUIRED:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Passion for customer service, selling and product knowledge
- Able to lift heavy packages up to 50lbs throughout the day
- Organized, and able to provide an outstanding customer service
- Part Time Schedule Depending on Store needs
- All associates are required to obtain notary public license
Job Type: Part-time 15 - 20hrs
