Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with product demos and technical sales
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change for customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
