Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and career-minded candidate to join our team. If you have superior leadership skills, operational excellence and can increase sales and profitability while managing a dynamic store, this could be the position for you. It's a plus if you have worked in a The UPS Store or Fedex Office before
Goals:
- Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships.
- Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets.
- Achieve personal sales and profitability goals.
- Recruit, hire and retain top tier talent.
- Help Manage the day to day operations of store.
- Must have worked with money/opening & closing a store.
- Must have the knowledge to grow a store.
- Other duties as needed.
Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have experience in a leadership role and managing a team
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must be available to work extended hours.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications (MS Word, Excel,
- QuickBooks and Outlook, Adobe Suites 6).
- Must have strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task, prioritizing as appropriate.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
