Responsibilities
- Learn daily operations of The UPS Store, including shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services
- Assist customers with a high level of professionalism and care
- Support team members and help maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Gain experience with inventory management, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping
- Shadow and support store management to learn leadership and decision-making skills
- Progress through training milestones designed to prepare you for future store management
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- A team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
