Job Description :
We are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys, providing essential support in preparing for meeting, gathering client details, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for greeting people, conducting research, managing case files, and assisting in pre-litigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys with case management
- Case demand letters, discovery, ordering medical and other legal documents
- Setting up matter in CasePeer
- Scheduling and more
- Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely filings
