Virginia Oncology Associates, the largest group of medical professionals in Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina devoted exclusively to cancer care and blood disorders, has an exciting opportunity for an HR Recruiting Coordinator to support VOA recruitment efforts for all positions within our 11 satellite locations. This is an in-office position that offers the ability to work remote on an incremental basis upon completion of training.

Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Identifies applicant sources, prepares job posting materials, and drafts advertisements. Sources resumes and screens against minimum qualifications. May telephone screen qualified applicants.
- Maintains resume tracking database, schedules candidate interviews, and utilizes ATS for job requisition posting.
- Collaborates with VOA hiring managers to successfully complete all parts of the full cycle recruitment process.
- Assist with the maintenance of records and administration of duties for recruitment activities including cost tracking, current applications, special efforts conducted, applicant source data compilation, etc.
- Administration of staffing tools such as job boards and social media.
- Review job descriptions for accuracy in preparation for posting.
- Assists Sr. Recruiter with community and career related events such as internal job fairs, college job fairs, school visits, etc.
Administrative:
- Acts as backup for weekly/biweekly employee onboarding.
- Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets.
- Maintains personnel files in accordance with employee confidentiality, policies and procedures, and all regulatory/accreditation requirements.
- Screens, investigates, and answers routine HR questions for staff.
- Administration of HR projects in collaboration with HR team and other VOA stakeholders.
- Run HR reports and enter information into Workday.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR and practice events.
- Ability to deliver results in a dynamic healthcare environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple, quickly changing priorities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years previous administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to travel between sites, as needed.
