The US Oncology Network is looking to hire a Performance & Engagement Specialist to bring their expertise to support our Texas Oncology team!

Responsibilities

 

 

The purpose of this role is to develop core methodologies and frameworks that instill the right culture by helping leaders develop and create an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture. You will actively contribute to embodying our culture throughout every facet of the employee experience, as well as ensuring the appropriate talent is positioned effectively when needed.

This position will have a direct reporting line to the Sr. Manager of People & Culture and will be responsible for spearheading performance and culture initiatives within the Practice.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure that our organization remains a preferred destination for top talent and a place where employees feel engaged, motivated, and valued.

The specific roles and responsibilities include:

• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute enhancements to employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Contribute to and support the identification, socialization, implementation, and sustainment of continuous improvement efforts around Performance Management programs and strategies.
• Talent Development: Embed best practices of talent development, inclusion and diversity, focusing on opportunities to build an inclusive environment, while ensuring our employees have opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Employee Feedback: Plan, execute and facilitate the annual engagement survey across the Practice; lead leader discussions, provide resources and create tools to support with action planning; Roll out pulse surveys to determine trends of improvement; Manage survey governance across the Practice
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Enhance the onboarding and offboarding processes to create a seamless transition for employees.
• Culture Enhancement: Champion our company's values and mission by supporting programs and activities that reinforce our unique culture.

 


Qualifications

Minimum Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, Human Resources, business or related field
• At least 3 years in Human Resources
• Healthcare Industry experience preferred
Certifications/Licensure
• PHR or SPHR preferred
• Coaching certification/experience preferred
• Project management certification preferred
Specialized Knowledge/Skills

• Measuring impacts of development programs & investment, to demonstrate ROI
• Up to date expert on organizational development, leadership development, talent strategies, and adult learning
• Change Management
• Serve as a talent expert in all areas of the employee experience lifecycle from recruitment to retention and development strategies.

• Ability to effectively influence and communicate across all levels and multiple environments
• Positive, can do attitude, being willing to jump in and help your team members.
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with confidential issues.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task.

Working Conditions:
• Travel – 25% (as needed)
• Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) – Office, clinical practice and travel
• Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) – Standard office and travel by air and auto
