Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute care specialty nursing and the ability to provide high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and direct nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes.
The selected nurse will be responsible for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and caregivers. They will also oversee and guide employees under their supervision, promoting a culture of Patient-Centered Care and Service Excellence.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a BSN degree
- Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada
- Current BLS certification and ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or required specialty training
