In this role you will: primarily perform foot care, wound triage/care, and conservative nail and callus debridement for patients who are diabetic or have other qualifying medical conditions. Assist with post-op appointments and order entry for home health. This is a valuable preventive service for our patients. Must be comfortable working autonomously while following established protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Hiring range: between $43.60-$52.50/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.
Location: will cover Salmon Creek 2, Columbia Tech Center, 87th Ave.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, four, 10-hour shifts.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered Washington/Multi-State RN license required. (required to have active Washington RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure)
- Current Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
- Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.
- Must have reliable and predictable attendance.
Pay Range:
$39.83 - $59.75

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
