BDC Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information, scheduling service appointments, or inquiring about vehicle purchases. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service and support while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

VanDevere is a high volume automotive group seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
• Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
• Provide product information and assistance to customers interested in purchasing vehicles
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

• We are looking for upbeat, positive, “Smile” on the phone attitude
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to handle diverse assignments with minimum supervision
• Must be able to multi-task with multiple computer programs simultaneously
• No fear of change
• Heavy OUTBOUND and INBOUND phone contact call center experience
• Call volume expected 100 plus per day
