The Vault is a premium craft cannabis cultivator based in Clare, Michigan, and we are looking for cultivation technicians to assist us!
Job Description:
The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for performing routine tasks in all cultivation areas after training in department-specific operating procedures. Working under the direction of the Chief Cultivator, the Cultivation Technician will perform any assigned tasks in the cultivation department.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a background check.
- Some experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Passion for plant life and care.
- High degree of flexibility, with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work overtime hours during the busy season.
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done to the highest standard of quality.
- Ability to accurately follow multi-layered instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
- Ability to climb, squat, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work in environment with varying and extreme temperatures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
