Job Title: Assistant General Manager/Lead Bartender
Location: Brix 27 & The Venue by Brix 27 – Martinsburg, WV
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (Base Salary Tips & Tip Outs)

Brix 27 & The Venue by Brix 27 is seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager (AGM) /Lead Bartender to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Bartending & Bar Management
- Serve as the lead bartender, ensuring high-quality beverage service
- Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail program
- Train and mentor bartenders to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Assistant General Manager Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction
- Run shifts, ensuring smooth service and problem-solving on the floor
- Help manage staff scheduling, training, and development
- Monitor service standards and enforce policies to maintain an exceptional guest experience
- Work closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service at Brix 27 and The Venue by Brix 27
