Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information to guests, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met throughout the service process.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, striving to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
