We are currently seeking a full time Retail Assistant Department Coordinator-Food to join our team in the Rockingham store. The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting and aiding the Department Supervisor in directing and coordinating activities on the sales floor relating to personnel, merchandising and inventory control.

Are you:
- Experienced in retail sales with 1-2 years’ retail experience and/or buying experience?
- Strong in communication skills?
- Detail oriented with excellent follow through?
- Positive, with a team-oriented attitude?
- Able to prioritize work in a multi-disciplined environment?
- Flexible and dependable?
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly engage customers and employees in a personal way to ensure they have an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist Supervisor in ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively
- Act as Manager on Duty related to opening and closing the Store
- Train new staff on procedures relating to operations and customer service
- Become an expert on the benefits and features of the products within your departments and the Store
