Experienced Family Law Paralegal
We are expanding and need an experienced family law paralegal. This is a full time position working directly for a senior attorney.
We have built a reputation for high quality service and professionalism and seek candidates who are responsible, knowledgeable, and professional.
REQUIREMENTS :
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in family law.
Familiarity with Office 365, Family Soft, Adobe required.
Knowledge of Clark County Local Court Rules.
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workflow.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Must be able to draft motions, pleadings, judgments, and child support worksheets and prepare responsive pleadings.
Schedule hearings, co-ordinate with judicial assistants, facilitate service and work with opposing counsel and pro-se parties.
Conduct client interviews, draft declarations, and maintain close client contact.
Trial experience (e.g., subpoenas, legal research, debt & asset worksheets, etc. is preferred.
