What are the responsibilities and job description for the Owners Representative position at The Vertex Companies, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced Owners Representative to join our team in. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between the client and the construction team ensuring that the project is completed according to the owners specifications budget and timeline.
- Represent the owners interests throughout the construction project lifecycle from planning to completion
- Review and interpret construction documents plans and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Monitor construction progress quality and adherence to schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the owner design team contractors and other stakeholders
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts change orders and claims in a timely and costeffective manner
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and safety standards
- Prepare and present progress reports project updates and other documentation to the owner
- This position requires regular travel to project sites both locally and potentially out of state

The annualized salary range for this role is $100000 to $135000 per year.
