Berlin Veterinary Clinic, located in the charming rural community of Berlin, WI, is looking to welcome a new grad or experienced veterinarian to our team! Our clinic provides a variety of services to a diverse patient base. With 70% small animal, 25% large animal, and 5% exotics, we are proud to offer a wide range of veterinary care. The clinic features two exam rooms, a surgical suite, a treatment area, a dental table, and state-of-the-art equipment, including a CryoPen, ultrasound, therapeutic and surgical lasers, IDEXX in-house diagnostics, a Tonovet, lift tables, digital X-rays, and VetSOAP AI. At Berlin Veterinary Clinic, we believe in quality over quantity, providing exceptional standard-of-care medicine to our rural community. We work collaboratively with clients, patients, and the entire veterinary team to ensure the best outcomes. Our practice stands out with unique offerings such as acupuncture for large animals and plans to expand our holistic services, including mobile house call appointments for small animals! On average, our doctors see 16 patients per day, with wellness appointments lasting 20 minutes and sick pet visits scheduled for 40 minutes. We provide mentorship to new graduates, including longer appointment times, one-on-one surgical training, shadowing opportunities, and weekly mentorship meetings with the Chief of Staff. Our experienced team are always available to support and train! Our team culture is one of support, work-life balance, and community engagement. We focus on mental health, fostering a positive work environment, and celebrating employee achievements with programs like Employee of the Month. We actively participate in local outreach through events like the Christmas tree parade, farmers' market stands, and food drives for rescue groups!
