Must have experience working as a caregiver in a CBRF.
We are looking for a Staff Scheduler for our CBRF community to undertake scheduling of employees. A staff scheduler must be an excellent communicator and be able to foster great relationships with team members. The goal is to ensure that the communities staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Must have:
- MUST HAVE: Experience working as a caregiver
- MUST HAVE: Flexibility in schedule
- MUST be able & willing to work overtime as needed

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6am-2pm and on-call for staffing needs
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage in caregiving settings.
- Monitor patient needs and provide assistance with daily living activities (ADLs).
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents in group homes or assisted living facilities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and families regarding patient care and observations.
- Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
