Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication with the Director of Maintenance.
- General plumbing including drain cleaning, maintenance and repair.
- Electrical repair and maintenance.
- Carpentry fabrication and repair.
- Telephone and cable repair and maintenance.
- Drywall repair and painting.
- Preventative maintenance on all equipment and building.
- Completing apartment readiness.
- Follows on-call schedule rotation - voluntary
