What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at The Village at Duxbury?
The Village at Duxbury is the South Shore's premier retirement community. We are currently recruiting for a full time maintenance tech. This person will be part of a team that is charged with keeping our buildings in tip top condition. Maintenance techs are involved with making minor repairs of resident apartments and garden homes; performing preventive maintenance assignments; assisting with the renovation of units; maintaining proper temperature throughout the building; moving equipment; snow removal; and emergency response. Mature, fun loving, friendly and caring team players do well in this position.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
