Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in connecting exceptional candidates with meaningful careers. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to drive the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an excellent experience for both applicants and internal stakeholders.
On-site Location: Gainesville, FL
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:30a-5p)
What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and fill open positions.
- Source, screen, and recommend candidates using a variety of methods and tools.
- Create and post engaging job ads to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and manage the interview and selection process.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely communication to applicants.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Help drive recruiting strategies and initiatives to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Support special projects to optimize our recruitment function.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of three years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
- Proficiency in applicant tracking system, preferably Ultipro(UKG)
- Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools, such as e-mail, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards, and job postings considered helpful
