Starting Annual Salary - $54,000 - license eligible, $67,200 - licensed
FFT-FC Foster Care Clinician :
The FFT clinician provides in home clinical services utilizing Function Family Therapy-Foster Care (FFT-FC) model, in collaboration with foster parents who are highly skilled and trained. The FFT-FC clinician will receive extensive training in the FFT-FC model and will work towards certification in the model. They will conduct assessments of clients and families and utilize FFT-FC interventions, as well as submit video tapes required for FFT consultation and certification. Foster Care clinicians will complete Care 4 documentation and work to ensure model fidelity. They will partner with supervisors and DCF around safety planning and crisis management, as well as provide on call services. FFT-FC clinicians will also provide supervised visitation to birth families.
JOB SUMMARY
The Licensed Clinician is responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical treatment for assigned clients. Engages with clients firsthand. May provide individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy and crisis intervention. The Clinician renders diagnostic and psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families; Maintains contact with and consults with relevant collaborative parties. Participates as full member of the clinical team and the program and is responsible for maintaining client records.
