**Responsibilities:*
- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan
- Prepare and administer medications according to health care provider instructions and within the scope of the license
- Answer resident call lights and bells, determine and address their request
- Inform the nurse of any changes in the resident's condition (e.g. vitals, reports of pain, etc.) so that appropriate information can be acted upon
- Complete pertinent clinical documentation according to policy
- Attend and participate in in-service training programs to meet state, federal, and company requirements
**Requirements:**
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and a licensed Medication Assistant in accordance with laws of this state
- Able to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
- Able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
**Work Schedule:** Full-time, Day shifts | 12hr or 8hr shifts available
