Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/RN (Registered Nurse) Days-
Assisted Living/Memory Care with Sign on bonus (see below)
We have 36 hours to fill in our Assisted Living/Memory Care Building at our Fairlawn and our Wadsworth Campus!
Summary Of Position
In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the Charge Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)) works independently to provide direct resident care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; supervises and directs care provided by nursing assistants; participates in continued professional development; performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Ohio LPN (licensed practical nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse)
Preferred experience in assisted living/memory care setting or a long-term care setting
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Assisted Living/Memory Care with Sign on bonus (see below)

- Potential opportunities to fill this position:
- Full Time 36-hour Position 7am-730pm every other weekend/holiday rotation with a $5000 sign on bonus
- Part time 24 hour 7am-730pm every other weekend/holiday rotation with a $2000 sign on bonus
- Limited Part Time 12 hour shift 7am-730pm

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good physical and mental health.
- Possesses the necessary dexterity to perform injections, IVS, etc.
- Able to lift, push and pull 35-50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles.
- Walks, stands, and sits intermittently during the day.
- Follow all Infection Control practices.
- Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday in certain positions
- Must have reliable transportation
