Assisted Living/Memory Care with Sign on bonus (see below)
- -Day Shift position 7AM-730PM (36 hours to fill)
- -Night Shift Position 7pm-730am (12-hour shifts/24 hours per week)
** up to a $5k sign on bonus depending on employment status and shift

SUMMARY OF POSITION
In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the Charge Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)) works independently to provide direct resident care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; supervises and directs care provided by nursing assistants; participates in continued professional development; performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Ohio LPN (licensed practical nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse)
Preferred experience in assisted living/memory care setting or a long-term care setting
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good physical and mental health.
- Possesses the necessary dexterity to perform injections, IVS, etc.
- Able to lift, push and pull 35-50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles.
- Walks, stands, and sits intermittently during the day.
- Follow all Infection Control practices.
- Depending on employment status and shift, you may have to work every other weekend/holiday in certain positions
- Must have reliable transportation
