What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Nurse Manager position at The Village?
The Village Senior Residence is committed to delivering exceptional care and experiences for our residents. As a FT or PT Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an assisted living setting. This role involves supervising nursing staff, managing resident care, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless treatment plans. You will also engage with residents and their families to create a supportive and healthy living environment.
Nursing Care Functions: Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long-term care facilities/assisted living communities. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures, including the safety program. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
