Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour
General Summary:
Employee generally assists food servers to enhance customer satisfaction. While following The Club's Guiding Principles and Core Values.
Qualifications:
- Must be a positive team player, even under stressful situations
- Previous bus experience desired
- Good communication skills

- Ability to realize what is top priority on the floor
Job Responsibilities:
- Must possess a positive and professional work attitude towards all co-workers, supervisors, and guests
- Must be courteous, respectful, polite, and accommodating at all times
- Must be a team player
- Offer menus, serve water and bread to guests
- Clear away dishes when customers have finished their meal
- Help with room setup and breakdown
- Serve plates, informing server before doing so
- Help food server carry out large parties
- Maintain service area as a clean and safe work space
- Serve dessert and coffee on special nights
- Remove garbage at end of each shift
- Stock and change table cloths and napkins
- Empty linen bag
- Stock silverware
- Clean swinging doors, chairs and behind bus trays
- Wrap up guest food
- Display professional appearance at all times
- Wear and maintain uniform in excellent condition
- Proper usage of all dish-wear and equipment
- Safe use of the coffee maker, warmers, and the bread steamer
Physical Requirements:
This position entails ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. It also requires very good mobility, including but not limited to, extensive standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching below and above shoulders, use of arms, hand manipulation, and finger dexterity. One must possess good vision, hearing, and speaking ability. Position may occasionally involve exposure to excessive heat and/or freeze.
Salary : $18 - $20
