Role Overview:
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is a critical member of the nursing team at The Villas at Bryn Mawr. This individual will assist the Director of Nursing in directing the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and supervising the activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel who provide health care and nursing services to residents.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation, preceptor, mentor, and leadership programs within the facility.
- Promote overall safety of employees and residents, collect and assess safety and infection control data.
