In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting the overall success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising resident care, ensuring adherence to Minnesota BON standards and the Tenants' Bill of Rights.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health status and create detailed Plans of Care.
- Oversseeing practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel, addressing their knowledge gaps and behaviors to ensure resident safety.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
