Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to oversee the care of our tenants. As a Medical Professional, you will be responsible for managing and supervising tenant care, ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota Board of Nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health status and create detailed Plans of Care.
- Supervise practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing personnel, addressing knowledge gaps and behaviors to ensure tenant safety.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
