We are looking for an experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that all food is cooked and presented according to standards. The successful candidate must also have a good understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and is of the highest quality.
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage products.
