Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Server Lead to join our team to run our breakfast restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and leading a team of morning servers to create a memorable breakfast experience.

Responsibilities

· Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house breakfast staff

· Train, mentor, and supervise servers to ensure high-quality personal service

· Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems, as well as closing all checks

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

· Assist with greeting guests, bussing tables and supporting the serving staff as needed

· Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

· Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery

· Drive sales through upselling techniques and promoting menu items

Qualifications & Requirements

· Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work Days, Weekends, and Holidays.

· At least 1 year of previous experience in food service, preferably in a restaurant

· Proficiency in using POS systems

· Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional warm hospitality

· Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe environment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand, move and walk for the duration of a full-shift.

· Must be able to work long hours

· Must be 18 years or older

· Must be able to work with team members in a positive manner
