Patient Care Coordinator - Summerlin

The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Patient Flow Coordinators for our Summerlin location. We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with:

• Scheduling patient visits and answer pre-visit questions
• Scheduling outpatient appointments
• Perform analytical and data entry tasks
• Answering patient calls, emails and questions
• Confidently manage patient accounts
• Ability to push through repetitive tasks including a lot of time spent on the phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
• Closed on major holidays

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 year (Preferred)
• Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
