Position Purpose/Summary: The Commercial Operations Coordinator role supports sales and marketing efforts: coordinates sales portion of the Board of Directors' monthly report, scheduling and managing sales team calls, aiding in the creation of branded tools, coordinating tradeshows, managing social media presence, tracking customer satisfaction, and assisting in the lead-to-quote process.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience 2-3 years of
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
Technology/Software (years):
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables

Sales Reporting
- Coordinate Sales Portion of the Board of Directors Monthly Report
- Conduct monthly meetings with the Sales Team to gather necessary data.
- Utilize CRM dashboard snapshots to compile report data.
- Perform a final review of the report with the Vice President of Sales before submission.
Sales Team Coordination
- Schedule Weekly Calls with Sales Team
- Ensure CRM accuracy by reviewing project and account information.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
Branding and Sales Support
- Aid in Branded Tools
- Create and manage sales presentations for customer meetings.
- Coordinate apparel and other branded materials for the sales team.
Tradeshow Coordination
- Coordinate Tradeshows
- Track and manage tradeshow registration requirements.
- Register team members as needed.
- Coordinate materials and booth requirements for exhibiting at tradeshows.
Social Media Management
- Manage Social Media Presence
- Maintain and update the company’s LinkedIn profile and other relevant social media platforms.
Customer Satisfaction
- Track Customer Satisfaction
- Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys.
- Send surveys to customer contacts and gather feedback.
- Report on customer feedback to the sales and management teams.
Lead Management
- Assist in Lead-to-Quote Inquiries
- Help vet and qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet company criteria.
- Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads through the quote process.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
